We run the Crediton Museum & Heritage Centre, offer help with historical research and organise local history talks.

Based in the Old Town Hall on Crediton High Street our Museum & Heritage Centre is open from April to October. We also present a fascinating programme of local history talks and publish books on local history which can be bought through our website,  the museum and sometimes at The Bookery in the High Street.

At Downes House we hold a substantial document and photo archive and a collection of artefacts.  We can offer help with research projects, such as family and house history or local issues.
