Situated behind the bookshop in the centre of Crediton High Street, this large, light, open-plan workspace suits all types of freelancers, homeworkers and businesses. Open for coworking 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday – just drop in or email to book in advance. Out of hours bookings for clubs, workshops etc available on a case-by-case basis – please email to enquire.

Available to hire April to September: Two rooms with bars: Dining room & Function room Perfect place for meetings, conferences, parties, wakes or social events.

When not offering its own cafe service (Thursday - Sunday) or other in-house events it may be hired exclusively for private social or business events or by not-for-profit organisations, with or without staff support, and groups (up to 16 persons) may reserve part of the premises during normal opening hours for informal meetings on a per-head basis.

Large hall and separate meeting room suitable for family parties, wedding receptions, NHS conferences, church services, funeral wakes and other events.

A large hall licensed for alcohol and live music events. Comfortably fits 200 people. We take bookings for children’s parties, wedding receptions, gigs, shows, workshops, fitness classes and band practice.

Rooms and workshops suitable for printmaking, painting, pottery, basket and jewellery making classes, creative writing workshops, craft activities, community projects, groups, meetings and hot-desking. The whole ground floor area has been used for exhibitions, craft fairs and community events.

The Meadow Suite is a well equipped meeting room in a separate building next to the Leisure Centre, with its own toilets and kitchen. Suitable for meetings, presentations and training for up to 20 people (seated) or 15 (for interactive events). Overhead projector available. Licencing is the responsibility of the hirer.

The main hall has a maximum capacity of 200 standing or 190 seated, and our smaller club room can hold 50 standing or 30 seated. We also have a well-equipped kitchen and a public entertainments licence, although you will need a TENS licence to run a bar. Suitable for meetings, concerts, dances, parties, exercise classes etc

Sandford Parish Hall has a mixture of regular classes and activities and is available for private hire for most types of activity including childrens’ parties, family celebrations, bingo, weddings, formal meetings, exhibitions, jumble sales, craft fairs, performances, flower shows, exercise classes, choir, toddler groups, Ceilidhs etc. The kitchen has recently been refurbished with all brand new catering level equipment.

Upstairs at ground level there is a large main Church room, with AV equipment, chairs to seat approx 100+. Kitchenette for refreshments. Downstairs there is a large hall suitable for exercise classes and functions, including main kitchen facilities for meals, two other meeting rooms and a toilet suite. Outside, there is a good sized garden. It is a very flexible building, with potential for most bookings requirements.

A parish hall with a main stage, a separate bar, a meeting room, a kitchen and an outside walled area. Events run in the Hall have included gigs, concerts, buffet meals, sit down meals, children’s parties, private parties, receptions (the Hall is adjacent to the Parish Church), games nights, and speaking events.

Village hall suitable for children's parties, sport/wellbeing activities (i.e. yoga etc.), crafts, meetings, dog training classes, local social events.

The clubhouse has been used for weddings, funerals, christenings, birthday parties for all ages, work seminars and club meetings.

The main meeting space in the church has been used for concerts, recitals, theatre performances, coffee mornings, jumble sales, book launches and more. There's a low platform at one end, lots of floor space (with flexible seating) and a balcony around three sides of the upper floor. The meeting space is fully accessible, with ramp access for those who don't wish to use the steps out front. Additional rooms available upstairs.

A beautiful creative space available for hire. Perfect for wellbeing and arts activities especially dance, yoga and meditation. Suitable also for training days, seminars and meetings. Ideal for small family parties, celebrations, funeral teas, social events and jumble sales.

Modernised, centrally heated hall licenced to accommodate up to 300 persons. Large fully equipped kitchen. Toilets on two floors.

The Lamb Inn is a 16th century former coaching house with seven double ensuite accommodation, two functions rooms and a sheltered garden located a few minutes from Crediton. The two functions rooms are suitable for private dining, meetings, weddings and parties.

The Boniface Centre is a multi-purpose hall suitable for a wide variety of uses including meetings, seminars, conferences, parties, dinners, exercise classes etc.

The hall is located in the village centre, which is 7 miles from Crediton. The whole hall or parts of it can be hired depending on the activity or event. There is a full kitchen, ample tables and chairs and a bar area can be set up. Staging can also be set out if required. There is no outside area.

The Arts Centre is available to hire for music, theatre, spoken word, dance and film events in our main studio, and art classes, tuition sessions, youth theatre and dance classes in both studios. The smaller studio can also serve as an exhibition space.
